Make a PDF from PNG images

A PDF can keep a group of screenshots, scans, diagrams, or receipts together as one document. Add PNG files, put them in the order you want, and Still Studio places each image on its own PDF page.

Choose a page layout that fits

Fit to image makes each PDF page follow its PNG’s proportions. Choose A4 or US Letter when a printer, school, office, or form asks for a standard page size. Automatic orientation follows each image’s shape; portrait or landscape applies the same orientation to every page. Small or large margins leave space around the image. Images are scaled to fit without cropping or stretching.

Combine multiple PNG files into one PDF

Add up to 20 PNG images in one session. Use the up and down controls to set their reading order before you create the PDF. The output is one multi-page PDF, with one PNG image on each page. The tool does not add OCR, so text inside a PNG remains part of the page image rather than becoming selectable PDF text.

Keep the images on your device

Still Studio reads and processes the selected PNG files in your browser; it does not upload them to Still Studio. The PDF library is loaded when you create the document, while your images remain local. No account is required.

Transparent PNG areas appear white in the finished PDF. Page size and upload rules can differ between websites and print services, so check the destination’s current requirements before submitting or printing.

Can I combine several PNGs into one PDF?

Yes. Add up to 20 PNG images, set their order, and create one multi-page PDF with one image on each page.

Can I choose A4, Letter, or image-sized pages?

Yes. Choose Fit to image, A4, or US Letter. You can also choose automatic, portrait, or landscape orientation and set no, small, or large margins.

Are my PNG files uploaded to a server?

No. The selected images are read and processed in your browser and are not uploaded to Still Studio.

Will transparent PNG backgrounds remain transparent?

PDF pages are created with a white background, so transparent areas appear white in the exported document.

Will the text in a PNG be selectable in the PDF?

No. Each PNG is placed as an image on its own page. This tool does not perform OCR or create editable text.

How many PNG images can I add?

You can add up to 20 images, with a maximum of 40 MB per image and 160 MB total. Very large images may also exceed your device’s available memory.
